Highlight // Customize form fields

The fields of the PDF request form can now be freely defined. Determine which fields should be displayed and which should be mandatory fields. You can also define the order and set up your own fields.

Highlight // Change customer data

Customer data can now be changed directly in the admin tool. Click on the pencil icon to change the company name, address or e-mail address.

Our tip: In certain cases, have PDF files sent to your own email address first so that you can then discount or customize them. Then replace your email address with the customer's address. Finally, send the updated PDF directly from your admin tool to the customer.

Additional updates

PDF with additional communication data

In addition to the basic data of the event inquiry, the direct communication data of the prospective customer (telephone number & email address) are now also displayed to enable easier and faster follow-up.

Management summary of your MICE quotes

Short summaries are often used to discuss quotes on the customer side.

Different versions of a quote can now be accessed directly from the PDF. It is advisable to set text links for this. When linking the texts, you can link to the following “placeholder URLs”:

  1. PDF version #1 (= the length preset in the admin tool):
    URL variant #1
    ${pdf-shared-url}
     
  2. PDF version #2 (= short version / management summary):
    URL variant #2
    ${pdf-shared-url(overview)}
     
  3. PDF version #3 (= long version / all details):
    URL variant #3
    ${pdf-shared-url(full)}

Configure long duration events

Optionally, it is possible to configure events that last longer than three days. If this is relevant, this option can be set up by Support.

Share PDFs with the customer's team

You can now set text links so that your customers can forward and share the quote directly from the PDF by email. This can speed up or simplify the decision-making process on the customer side.

Include several internal recipients

You can define several recipients who will receive a copy of all your PDF inquiries. In addition to general email addresses, you can also enter the contact persons who should be informed about PDFs and event configurations that are sent.

Customizable section order

The user is guided through the individual sections (rooms, catering, etc.) in the sales process. It is possible to adjust the order of the sections if this is necessary in individual cases.
