Full screen view is now available for all new and existing configurators.
The full screen view allows configuring events without being distracted by other elements on the page. This particularly helps external users to focus on what's important.
Clicking on the embedded configurator starts the full screen view. Alternatively, an additional floating trigger button can be used.

The integration with apaleo's hospitality platform has been enhanced. Prices and availabilities can not only be read, data can now also be written to apaleo.
After a configurator is connected, blocks for hotel rooms and event spaces can be created, tentative blocks can be confirmed.
Based on a quote's status, folios are generated in apaleo's property management system (PMS). These folios include all line items of a confirmed quote, if necessary split up into different tax rates.

Local time zones are now supported by the admin tool. All documents created - such as quotes or function sheets - use the local time zone settings.
A property's relevant time zone can be set individually for each configurator.

The quotes' details pages in the admin tool have been revised. Unnecessary elements were removed and the clarity was improved.
In addition to increased usability, the focus on the respective active quote of a quote chain has been improved.

The flexibility of selecting a start date for an event in the configurator has been adjusted. Dates in the past can now also be chosen when changing existing event configurations.
This change in behavior allows, for example, to adjust event quotes to the actual circumstances after an event has been implemented. This may be useful if the details have changed at short notice or the number of attendees differs from the last quote created. Revenue can now be calculated correctly in the configurator even after an event has been executed.
This update has no effect on newly created event configurations. The behavior for new quotes (version 1) remains unchanged - in this case only event dates in the future are allowed.

More detailed information is provided in the admin tool - in case of a connection with a third party system.
On the one hand, the user can now check for himself which third-party system prices or availabilities are read from. The name of the connected system (PMS property management system, RMS revenue management system or similar) is now shown along with the icon.
On the other hand, log data can be called if data is written to third-party systems. This can be the case, for example, if blocks are created in a PMS system due to the status change of a configuration in the admin tool.

Minor bugs have been fixed for the "Discounts & Markups" functionality.
When discounts or markups are applied to a quote, the new quote version now inherits the status of the previous quote version. The old quote version is set to "Quoted". An unintentional locking of the new version has been corrected.
For easier understanding the email address of the recipient was re-added to all navigation items of the " send quote email " button.
