Pre-configure standard inquiries

Many event inquiries are very similar.

Create your own “event templates” for particularly frequently quoted event types! Use these templates as a starting point to respond to inquiries from portals even faster.


Create sample event templates

Step #1

Put together an example of a frequently requested event in your event configurator.

 

Step #2

Create a bookmark for this configuration URL (= address from the address bar of your browser) or save the URL in a document. Repeat steps #1 and #2 as often as you like for different types of events and event sizes.

 

Step #3

For future inquiries, access the appropriate template (=URL) and only change details such as the number of attendees and the date. After all, you already selected the relevant options when you created your event template.
