Property Management System (PMS)

By connecting apaleo with EVENTMACHINE, data from your property management system apaleo can be used seamlessly in EVENTMACHINE.

EVENTMACHINE offers a robust additional feature set augmenting apaleo's core functionality. Divisible event spaces are handled easily, hotel room categories can be pooled, and dynamic pricing can be managed automatically.

The 2-way interface optionally enables an even deeper integration with apaleo. Based on the quote status in Eventmachine, blocks are written to apaleo or tentative blocks are confirmed. Likewise, folios can be generated which include all charges of an event.

Availabilities

Live availabilities for hotel rooms, meeting rooms, event spaces and other resources can be read and used live in EVENTMACHINE to create quotes. The live availabilities are used in the configurator itself as well as in the automatically created MICE quotes.

Prices

Likewise, live prices and rates from apaleo can be calculated directly in EVENTMACHINE. This applies to hotel room prices, as well as to prices for other resources like e.g. room rents for event spaces.

For flexible MICE revenue management, all prices can be further (dynamically) adjusted in EVENTMACHINE automatically. Extensive, event-specific rules are available for this purpose.

Availabilities & blocks

Based on the status code of an Eventmachine quote, blocks are written to apaleo or existing blocks are confirmed. When the status of a quote is updated, the data in apaleo is updated automatically.

Additional features set up for linked resources such as hotel rooms or event spaces are taken into account when writing data to apaleo and are available seamlessly.

Prices & folios

For confirmed quotes all prices will be written back to apaleo. Discounts and / or markups applied in Eventmachine will of course be taken into account. Should new quote versions be generated, all folios and prices in apaleo will be updated automatically.

Prices (additional features)

Prices that have been automatically adjusted in Eventmachine (e.g. based on Eventmachine's ruleset) are seamlessly submitted to apaleo.
