Eventmachine provides comprehensive features to forward all relevant quote/event data to Umnion - such as customer data, dates and timings, revenue, quote status or documents. Data is automatically updated as soon as events are changed or new quote versions are generated.
Based on the event quotes, email workflows for inquiries can be automated in Umnion CRM. Enriched contact profiles offer a 360-degree view of all leads and customers, including history, categorization/segmentation and revenue.
Use EVENTMACHINE data in Umnion
Event quote data
All relevant event quote data can be automatically sent to Umnion: Start and end dates of the events, group sizes, timings, IDs, version, language, quote status and much more.
Customer data
Customer data can also be transferred to Umnion. Including all master data, company, salutation, (invoice) addresses and communication data.
Revenue
The quoted revenue is available for all sections, both as gross and net prices. In addition to any discounts and/or markups, cumulated per event and as prices per attendee.
PDF documents & quote changes
The quotes can be accessed directly from Umnion in all variants (standard, short/long), as can all function sheet and running order variants. The event configurations can be loaded and changed directly.
