Set up a rate code in Hotellistat


Please first set up a rate plan in Hotellistat to be used for EVENTMACHINE.

This rate can be

  • a stand-alone, special rate for events or
  • a derivative of an existing rate

Please specify the details of your rate.

gross / net
Does your rate include taxes or is it net only?
Based on this information, EVENTMACHINE calculates the correct net and gross prices and automatically shows them in the configurator as well as in the PDF quotes.

breakfasts
Does the rate already include the price for breakfast?
If the rate does not include breakfast, EVENTMACHINE can automatically add the appropriate price per guest (breakfast) if you have set this up in EVENTMACHINE.

Information from the hotel to Hotellistat


Please inform Hotellistat that you want EVENTMACHINE to integrate with Hotellistat.

Provide Hotellistat with the rate to be used along with the above details about the rate.

Information from Hotellistat to Eventmachine


Ask Hotellistat to submit the following information to EVENTMACHINE:

  • identification code of your hotel(s)
  • Rate codes to be used with details

To finish setting up the integration, EVENTMACHINE needs the following information from each specific property:

  • assignment / mapping of the Hotellistat resource types to the options set up in EVENTMACHINE.

Once all information is provided, a test server is set up for each event configurator to verify the live prices / rates pulled from Hotellistat. After the prices have been confirmed in the test configurator, the integration can go live.
