ibelsa hotel PIN

To retrieve data for a specific property from ibelsa, the hotel PIN is required.

Hotel PIN

in ibelsa's settings "My Hotel" identify the hotel PIN from the tab "Settings"

Hotel room availabilities

To display the availabilities from ibelsa in Eventmachine, the categories from ibelsa have to be mapped to the options in Eventmachine.

Categories & options

determine the hotel room options set up in Eventmachine

Availabilities for meeting rooms & event spaces

Live availability of meeting rooms and event spaces are handled and displayed in Eventmachine if the resources from ibelsa have been mapped to the options in Eventmachine.

Unit groups & options

identify the relevant ibelsa.adds categories for seminar rooms and event spaces in ibelsa
determine the options for meeting rooms and event spaces set up in Eventmachine

Note: Please keep in mind that meeting rooms / event spaces (ibelsa.adds) are always blocked full day in ibelsa.

Super Resources

The feature for resources that depend on each other.
What for?
Correct availabilities for event spaces that can be partitioned into smaller spaces, or whose availability otherwise depends on each other.

Resource Pools

The feature to link the availability of a single option in Eventmachine to multiple ibelsa categories.
What for?
Correct availability of hotel rooms when one hotel room option in Eventmachine uses the availabilities of a pool of multiple hotel room unit groups in ibelsa.

Multiple Assignment

The feature to link the availability of multiple Eventmachine options to a single ibelsa category.
What for?
Correct availability for accommodations when a certain hotel room category in ibelsa should be shown both as single and double room in Eventmachine.
