ibelsa hotel PIN

To retrieve data for a specific property from ibelsa, the hotel PIN is required.

Hotel PIN

  • in ibelsa's settings "My Hotel" identify the hotel PIN from the tab "Settings"

Hotel room prices

To show the hotel room prices from ibelsa in Eventmachine, the ibelsa rates have to be mapped to the options in Eventmachine.

Rate plans & categories & options

  • identify the relevant ratse for hotel rooms in ibelsa
  • identify corresponding categories in ibelsa (more)
  • determine the hotel room options set up in Eventmachine

Prices for meeting rooms & event spaces

Note: For the vast majority of cases it doesn't make sense and will not be necessary to read specific prices for meeting rooms or spaces from ibelsa. We recommend setting up these prices in Eventmachine directly. A mapping is not needed then.

Create mapping table

The ibelsa rates have to be mapped to the Eventmachine options. We are happy to send you a pre-filled mapping table for further processing.

Please return your fully completed mapping table to support@eventmachine.xyz.

Mapping table (example)

1 ibelsa hotel PIN [hotel]
2 7007
3       ibelsa resource name [room-categories/category] EVENTMACHINE option ibelsa price name [rates]
4       Single room Single Room Rack Rate
5       Double room Double Room Rack Rate
6       Suite Suite (for 1 guest) Rack Rate
7       Suite Suite (for 2 guests) Rack Rate

Useful additional features & tips

Adjust prices dynamically

All prices read from ibelsa can be dynamically adjusted in Eventmachine. Thus, "base prices" can be set up in ibelsa, which are further adjusted by rules in Eventmachine.

Fallback "Price on request"

If there is no price set up in ibelsa, or if a price - for whatever reason - cannot be read, Eventmachine will use "Price on request" as fallback.

Nice looking net / gross prices

If a configurator is set up as a "net configurator" (focus on net prices), the prices read from ibelsa should be set up as "round" in ibelsa (i.e. no round gross prices).
